Richard Crowder, CEO/President

Richard Crowder is the CEO/President of PBCG and is responsible for the direct management of the company.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Findlay, in Ohio. Richard later went on to pursue advanced studies at the University of Toledo and the University of Dallas. His background includes a tour of duty in Vietnam in 1967 as a member of a US Army Reconnaissance Platoon. Richard’s corporate experience includes working for Ford Motor Corporation as a Financial Analyst for 5 years before moving on to become Controller for Johns Manville for 29 years. 

Linda Crowder, Executive Vice President/COO

Linda Crowder, Executive Vice President, is responsible for the day to day management of operations for PBCG.  Prior to starting PBCG alongside her husband, she worked for Oracle Corporation for 5 years as a Senior Consultant winning such awards as Consultant of the Year, and Outstanding Consultant of the Quarter on several occasions. She has worked with system implementations, developed custom training material, delivered training to both public and private sectors, supported help desks, has an extensive background in business process and business re-engineering, as well as change management. Prior to working for Oracle Corporation, she worked for IMCO Recycling as Manager of Training. 

Arthur Williams, Vice President

Arthur’s background is in planning, design, analysis, and programming of both new and existing software systems. He has worked with such companies as Northrop Grumman, LTV Aerospace, US Army Corps of Engineers, and the Department of Defense. His broad range of expertise includes application development, Oracle Developer activities, configuration management, testing and installation of code revision, UNIX support, and data migration. His Operating Systems experience includes, IBM/MSV (22), VAX/VMS (20), Windows 2000 (3), Windows NT (4), Windows XP, Sun Os (6), Solaris (5), AIX (6), HP-UX (7). His language skills include, FORTRAN, COBOL, JCL, C, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle, HTML, JAVA, and ingress. His software application experience includes Oracle Financials, Primavera Project Management, Primavera P6 Web, Business Objects, SharePoint and MS Office Suite.

Arthur’s ability to identify process synergies and determine the best way to reduce costs and improve customer service is a valuable asset to the client. He has completed the PMP courses through continuing education adding an extra value to project management insight. He demonstrates pride in his work and consistently turns out products that are well thought out and tested.Michael Morrissey, Director of Consulting and Technical Services, for PBCG, works in the area of project management support, as well as database development. His database developer experience is a valuable asset in the areas of creating and maintaining client solutions, monitoring audit loads, automating routine scripts, gathering customer requirement specifications, data quality assurance, custom reporting, and testing.

Michael Morrissey, Director of Consulting and Technical Services

Michael has worked with the Veterans Administration, Ralph Croy and Associates, Acxiom Corporation, as well as spending time in the United States Navy. He holds a Masters Degree in Information Quality from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  His has vast experience creating reports through Business Objects as well as experience with Visual Basic, Primavera, SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, Unix, Shell Scripting, ASP and MS Office.

As a consultant with PBCG, Michael is able to offer our clients customized solutions to daily reporting requests, data quality checks, and project maintenance by gathering their functional needs and translating them into the technical applications needed.

Jim Perkins

Jim Perkins, works in the area of project management, as well as database development. He retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers where he held roles as Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, Program Manager and Project Manager. His accomplishments include developing computer programs for analyzing cost allocations, serving as a staff specialist responsible for coordinating the design and implementation of a wide variety of engineering information systems in support of various engineering disciplines, acted as the liaison for the Brooke Army Medical Center Replacement Hospital at Fort Sam Houston, as well as managing and executing numerous projects ranging over 30 million dollars.

Included in his background, Jim played an important role as the lead for implementing U.S. Army Corps of Engineers business processes that served as the foundation for a government integrated project management system, where several off the shelf software packages were integrated together allowing project scope, schedules, and costs all to be incorporated into one system. His experience in project data analysis is superb.

Jim holds a BS degree in Engineering Science from Trinity University, San Antonio Texas. He is a registered Professional Engineer and Certified Project Management Professional. He has received several awards in the area of civilian service, and published articles on the new Brooke Army Medical Center in the Engineer Update.  His skills include experience with Primavera, Oracle Products, Business Objects, and MS Office.
